“Due to the recent CDC COVID-19 recommendations, West Hills Vision Care will be operating on reduced hours and operating by appointment only. These hours will be subject to change. We will not be seeing any walk-ins for appointments, pick-ups or repairs.
If you have an eye care need or need to pick-up your glasses or contact lenses during our temporary hours, please call our office at 503-764-9321. Dr. Phillips can be reached after hours for eye emergencies at 503-567-8368.
